52	52	21 RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
53	53	22 resolution may be cited as the "Multiyear Contract Number 0032-2024E with Ruppert
54	54	23 Landscape, LLC Approval Resolution of 2025".
55	55	24 Sec.
56	56	2. Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, approved
57	57	25 December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Code § 1-204.51 ), and section 202
58	58	of the
59	59	26 Procurement Practices Reform Act
60	60	of 2010, effective April 8, 2011 (D.C. Law 18-371; D.C.
61	61	27 Official Code
62	62	§ 2-352.02), the Council approves the Multiyear Contract Number 0032-2024E
63	63	28 with Ruppert Landscape LLC to provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services to
64	64	29 select District
65	65	of Columbia Housing Authority buildings in the not-to-exceed amount of
66	66	30 $301,738.80 for the period from the execution date of the contract to the two year
67	67	31 anniversary date of the execution date of the contract.

72	72	The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the District of 2
73	73	Columbia Housing Authority and the Mayor. 3
74	74	Sec. 4. Fiscal impact statement. 4
75	75	The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement of the Chief Financial Officer as the fiscal 5
76	76	impact statement required by section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975, 6
77	77	approved October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-301.47a). 7
