To approve Multiyear Contract Number 0032-2024E Ruppert Landscape, LLC
18 to provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services for select District of
19 Columbia Housing Authority buildings.

21 RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
22 resolution may be cited as the "Multiyear Contract Number 0032-2024E with Ruppert
23 Landscape, LLC Approval Resolution of 2025".
24 Sec.
2. Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, approved
25 December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Code § 1-204.51 ), and section 202
of the
26 Procurement Practices Reform Act
of 2010, effective April 8, 2011 (D.C. Law 18-371; D.C.
27 Official Code
§ 2-352.02), the Council approves the Multiyear Contract Number 0032-2024E
28 with Ruppert Landscape LLC to provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services to
29 select District
of Columbia Housing Authority buildings in the not-to-exceed amount of
30 $301,738.80 for the period from the execution date of the contract to the two year
31 anniversary date of the execution date of the contract.

Sec. 3 Transmittal. 1
The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the District of 2
Columbia Housing Authority and the Mayor. 3
Sec. 4. Fiscal impact statement. 4
The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement of the Chief Financial Officer as the fiscal 5
impact statement required by section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975, 6
approved October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-301.47a). 7
Sec. 5. Effective date. 8
This resolution shall take effect immediately. 9
