BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE: Section 1. Amend 4172, Title 21 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows: 4172. Speed exhibitions; drag races and other speed contests. (i)(1) Except as provided under paragraph (i)(2) of this section, the Court of Common Pleas has exclusive original jurisdiction of a violation of this section. (2) If a violation of this section may be joined properly with a felony or other offense within the jurisdiction of the Superior Court, the violation of this section is within the jurisdiction of the Superior Court. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE: Section 1.
