AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 170, VOLUME 84 OF THE LAWS OF DELAWARE RELATING TO THE UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT AND DRUG TESTING STRIPS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE: Section 1. Amend 5, Chapter 170, Volume 84 of the Laws of Delaware by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows: Section 5. This Act expires on November 29, 2024.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
