Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subsection (3) of section 10
501.155, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 11
501.155 Electronic dissemina tion of commercial recordings 12
or audiovisual works; required disclosures; injunctive relief. — 13
(3) DEFINITIONS.—As used in this section, the term: 14
(b) "Electronic dissemination" means initiating a 15
transmission of, making available, or otherwise offering a 16
commercial recording or audiovisual work for distribution , 17
display, or performance through the Internet or other digital 18
network, regardless of whether another person has previously 19
electronically disseminated the same commercial recording or 20
audiovisual work. 21
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
