1515 An act relating to limiting COVID -19 restrictions; 2

5252 Section 1. (1) It is unlawful for this state, or any 27
5353 political subdivision thereof, to adopt or enact any law, order, 28
5454 rule, regulation, or plan of action that requires a person in 29
5555 this state to wear a mask or other facial covering to minimize 30
5656 the spread of COVID-19 or any other infectious disease. 31
5757 (2) Any such unlawful mask mandate is invalid in this 32
5858 state, may not be recognized in this state, and is null, void, 33
5959 and of no effect. 34
6060 Section 2. (1) A state governmental entity, a political 35
6161 subdivision, or any agents or assigns of the entity or 36
6262 subdivision may not require a COVID -19 vaccination; issue a 37
6363 vaccine passport, vaccine pass, immunity passport, or other 38
6464 standardized documentation for the purpose of certifying an 39
6565 individual's COVID-19 vaccination status to a third party; or 40
6666 otherwise publish or share any individual's COVID -19 vaccination 41
6767 record or similar health information. This subsection does not 42
6868 apply to the immunization and documentation requirements under 43
6969 s. 1003.22, Florida Statutes, as they existed on July 1, 2021. 44
7070 (2) A business in this state may not require patrons or 45
7171 customers to provide any documentation certifying COVID -19 46
7272 vaccination or COVID -19 post-transmission recovery to gain 47
7373 access to, entry upon, or service from the business or 48
7474 discriminate in any way against a patron or customer on the 49
7575 basis of, or the failure to provide information concerning, his 50

9292 760.101 Discrimination based on vaccination status or 55
9393 immunity passport.—It is an unlawful discriminatory practice 56

9595 (1) A person or governmental entity to refuse, withhold 58
9696 from, or deny a person any local or state services, goods, 59
9797 facilities, advantag es, privileges, licensing, educational 60
9898 opportunities, health care access, or employment opportunities 61
9999 based on the person's vaccination status or whether the person 62
100100 has an immunity passport; 63
101101 (2) An employer to refuse employment to a person, bar a 64
102102 person from employment, or discriminate against a person in 65
103103 compensation or in a term, condition, or privilege of employment 66
104104 based on the person's vaccination status or whether the person 67
105105 has an immunity passport; or 68
106106 (3) A public accommodation to exclude, limit , segregate, 69
107107 refuse to serve, or otherwise discriminate against a person 70
108108 based on the person's vaccination status or whether the person 71
109109 has an immunity passport. 72
110110 Section 4. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. 73
