2323 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 10

2525 Section 1. Section 944.6125, Florida Statutes, is created 12

2727 944.6125 Florida releasee; gate money. —A Florida releasee 14
2828 who receives funds upon his or her release in the form of a 15
2929 payment instrument may no t be charged a fee for cashing the 16
3030 instrument at a money services business, as those terms are 17
3131 defined in s. 560.103. 18
3232 Section 2. Section 951.31, Florida Statutes, is created to 19
