29 | 29 | | hexafluoride, hydrofluorocarbon, and perfluorocarbon. 16 |

30 | 30 | | (2) Notwithstanding any other law, a state agency may not 17 |

31 | 31 | | adopt or enforce a state or regional program to regulate 18 |

32 | 32 | | greenhouse gas emissions for the purposes of addressing changes 19 |

33 | 33 | | in atmospheric temperature without specific legislative 20 |
