21+Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 10

25-Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 12

27- Section 1. (1) Notwithstanding any other state law to the 14
28-contrary, the Brevard County Supervisor of Elections shall print 15
29-on the ballot the party designation for all candidates for all 16
30-elections except for school board or judicial elections. 17
31- (2) Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, for any 18
32-government unit in Brevard County that provides for the election 19
33-of members by district, war d, precinct, or other geographical 20
34-designation, only those voters who are qualified electors of the 21
35-district, ward, precinct, or other geographical designation are 22
36-eligible to vote for that candidate in the relevant primary, 23
37-general, runoff, or other elect ion. It is the express intent of 24
38-the Legislature for each member of the board of the Brevard 25

51-County School District to be elected only by vote of the 26
52-qualified electors in that member's individual district and not 27
53-by general vote of all electors in the cou nty as required by s. 28
54-1001.361, Florida Statutes, or any successor statute. 29
55- (3) This act applies to all Brevard County elections held 30
56-on or after January 1, 2022. 31
57- Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 32
