| 25 | 25 | | Section 1. Section 444.015, Florida Statutes, is created 12 |

| 27 | 27 | | 444.015 Family and Medical Leave Insurance Benefits Fund. — 14 |

| 28 | 28 | | (1) The Family and Medical Leave Insurance Benefits Fund 15 |

| 29 | 29 | | is created under the Department of Financial Services. Mo neys 16 |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | credited to the trust fund shall be used for the purpose of 17 |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | administering the family and medical leave insurance benefits 18 |

| 32 | 32 | | program. Funds credited to the trust fund shall consist of 19 |

| 33 | 33 | | contributions collected pursuant to s. 444.012. Only the 20 |

| 34 | 34 | | secretary or his or her designee may authorize expenditures from 21 |
