2424 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the Stat e of Florida: 11

2626 Section 1. Subsections (6), (7), and (8) of section 13
2727 559.903, Florida Statutes, are renumbered as subsections (7), 14
2828 (8), and (6), respectively, and subsection (9) is added to that 15
2929 section to read: 16
3030 559.903 Definitions. —As used in this act: 17
3131 (9) "Tire services" means the retail sale of tires and 18
3232 wheels and the parts, accessories, and services related to the 19
3333 installation and repair of tires and wheels. 20
3434 Section 2. Subsections (4), (5), and (6) of section 21
3535 559.905, Florida Statutes, are re numbered as subsections (5), 22
3636 (6), and (7), respectively, and a new subsection (4) is added to 23
3737 that section to read: 24

5252 (4) A motor vehicle repair shop that engages in tire 27
5353 services does not need to provide the information required by 28
5454 paragraphs (1)(h) and (i) and subsection (2) to a customer if 29
5555 the customer is provided with a detailed sales invoice setting 30

5757 services and the customer pays the invoice before work is begun. 32
5858 Section 3. Paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of section 33
