2424 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 11

2626 Section 1. Subsection (1) of section 379.353, Florida 13
2727 Statutes, is amended to read: 14
2828 379.353 Recreational licenses and permits; exemptions from 15
2929 fees and requirements. — 16
3030 (1)(a) Hunting, freshwater fishing, and saltwater fish ing 17
3131 licenses and permits shall be issued without fee to a any 18
3232 resident who is certified or determined : 19
3333 1.(a) Certified or determined to be totally and 20
3434 permanently disabled for purposes of workers' compensation under 21
3535 chapter 440 as verified by an order of a judge of compensation 22
3636 claims or written confirmation by the carrier providing workers' 23
3737 compensation benefits, or to be totally and permanently disabled 24
3838 by the Railroad Retirement Board, by the United States 25
