30 | 30 | | (1)(a) Hunting, freshwater fishing, and saltwater fish ing 17 |

31 | 31 | | licenses and permits shall be issued without fee to a any 18 |

32 | 32 | | resident who is certified or determined : 19 |

33 | 33 | | 1.(a) Certified or determined to be totally and 20 |

34 | 34 | | permanently disabled for purposes of workers' compensation under 21 |
---|
35 | 35 | | chapter 440 as verified by an order of a judge of compensation 22 |
---|
36 | 36 | | claims or written confirmation by the carrier providing workers' 23 |

37 | 37 | | compensation benefits, or to be totally and permanently disabled 24 |

38 | 38 | | by the Railroad Retirement Board, by the United States 25 |

62 | 62 | | 2 years and must be reissued, upon proof of certification of 37 |
