2525 Section 1. (1) The following rules, as filed for adoption 12
2626 with the Department of State pursuant to the certification 13
2727 packages dated October 1, 2019, and November 4, 2021, are 14
2828 ratified for the sole and exclusive purpose of satisfying any 15
2929 condition on their effectiveness imposed under s. 16

5151 its enactment and effective dates shall be noted in the Florida 26

5757 preserve the status of any cited rule as a rule under chapter 32
5858 120, Florida Statutes. This section does not cure any rulemaking 33
5959 defect or preempt any challenge based on lack of authority or a 34
6060 violation of the legal require ments governing the adoption of 35
