27 | 27 | | (1) As used in this section, the term: 14 |

28 | 28 | | (a) "Class B firefighting foam" means any foam designed to 15 |

29 | 29 | | extinguish flammable liquid fires. 16 |

30 | 30 | | (b) "PFAS chemicals" means a class of fluorinated organic 17 |

31 | 31 | | chemicals containing at least one fully fluorinated carbon atom, 18 |

32 | 32 | | including perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances, 19 |
---|
33 | 33 | | designed to be fully functional in Class B firefighting foam 20 |

35 | 35 | | (c) "Testing" means calibration, conformance, or fixed 22 |
