22-Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

24- Section 1. Paragraph (e) of subsection (2) of section 11
25-627.6387, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 12
26- 627.6387 Shared savings incentive program. 13
27- (2) As used in this section, the term: 14
28- (e) "Shoppable health care service" means a lower -cost, 15
29-high-quality nonemergency health care service for whic h a shared 16
30-savings incentive is available for insureds under a health 17
31-insurer's shared savings incentive program. Shoppable health 18
32-care services may be provided within or outside this state and 19
33-include, but are not limited to: 20
34- 1. Clinical laboratory serv ices. 21
35- 2. Infusion therapy. 22
36- 3. Inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures. 23
37- 4. Obstetrical and gynecological services. 24
38- 5. Inpatient and outpatient nonsurgical diagnostic tests 25
