Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Fort Pierce Utilities Authority Phase 2 Low 9
Income Sewer Infrastructure Reconstruction is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in T he Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 30, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $900,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Fort Pierce 16
Utilities Authority Phase 2 Low Income Sewer Infrastructure 17
Reconstruction as described in Appropriations Project Request 18

Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
