Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Wauchula 12" Water Mainlines Replacement is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 65, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $2,166,600 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Wauchula 14
12" Water Mainlines Replacement as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 65. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
