Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Home Builders Institute (HBI) Building Careers 9
for Inmates is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 285, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $900,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Corrections to fund the Home Builders Institute 16
(HBI) Building Careers for Inmates as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 285. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
