Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. School Bond Issuance Database is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 334, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $670,223 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Education to fund the School Bond Issuance 14
Database as described in Appropriations Project Request 334. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
