2020 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

2222 Section 1. Integrated Medication Assisted Treatment & 9
2323 Telehealth Enhanced Recovery (I MATTER) is an Appropriations 10
2424 Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
2525 Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
2626 Request 430, herein incorporated by reference. 13
2727 Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
2828 of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
2929 the Department of Children and Families to fund the Integrated 16
3030 Medication Assisted Treatment & Telehealth Enhanced Recovery (I 17
3131 MATTER) as described in Appropriations Project Request 430. 18
3232 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
