Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Integrated Medication Assisted Treatment & 9
Telehealth Enhanced Recovery (I MATTER) is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 430, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Integrated 16
Medication Assisted Treatment & Telehealth Enhanced Recovery (I 17
MATTER) as described in Appropriations Project Request 430. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
