Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Mentoring, Career Training & Workforce 9
Development for At-Risk Women & Girls is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida H ouse of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 391, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Mentoring, Career Training & 16
Workforce Development for At -Risk Women & Girls as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 391. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
