Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Wayman Academy of the Arts is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1060, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Education to fund the Wayman Academy of the 14
Arts as described in Appropriations Projec t Request 1060. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
