2323 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 10

2525 Section 1. Subsection ( 11) of section 626.9891, Florida 12
2626 Statutes, is amended to read: 13
2727 626.9891 Insurer anti -fraud investigative units; reporting 14
2828 requirements; penalties for noncompliance. — 15
2929 (11)(a) The information submitted to the department 16
3030 pursuant to paragraphs (3)(d), (e) , and (f) and paragraphs 17
3131 (5)(d), (e), (f), (g), and (k) is exempt from s. 119.07(1) and 18
3232 s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution. 19
3333 (b) This subsection is subject to the Open Government 20
3434 Sunset Review Act in accordance with s. 119.15 and shall stand 21
3535 repealed on October 2, 2022, unless reviewed and saved from 22
3636 repeal through reenactment by the Legislature. 23
3737 (b)(c) This exemption applies to records held before, on, 24
3838 or after the effective date of this act. 25
