Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Waypoint Technical College is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1272, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $553,147 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Children and Families to fund the Waypoint 14
Technical College as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
1272. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
