Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Clay County Utility Authority Mid -Clay Potable 9
Reclaimed Water Pilot Project is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida H ouse of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1659, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $600,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Clay County 16
Utility Authority Mid -Clay Potable Reclaimed Water Pilot Project 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1659. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
