916 | 916 | | grants management, inspection services, contractor services for 615 |

917 | 917 | | low-income homeowners, information technology, educational 616 |
---|
918 | 918 | | outreach, and auditing services. Such contracts are considered 617 |

919 | 919 | | direct costs of the program and are not subject to 618 |

1433 | 1433 | | collateral as set forth in the loan agreement. The specific type 964 |

1434 | 1434 | | of collateral required may vary depending upon the loan purpose, 965 |
