26 | 26 | | Section 1. Paragraph (j) of subsection (2) of section 13 |

27 | 27 | | 381.0062, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 14 |

30 | 30 | | (2) SUPERVISION.—The department and its agents shall have 17 |

31 | 31 | | general supervision and control over all private water systems, 18 |

32 | 32 | | multifamily water systems, and public water systems not covered 19 |

33 | 33 | | or included in the Florida Safe Drinking Water Act (part VI of 20 |

34 | 34 | | chapter 403), and ove r those aspects of the public water supply 21 |
