| 26 | 26 | | Section 1. Paragraph (j) of subsection (2) of section 13 |

| 30 | 30 | | (2) SUPERVISION.—The department and its agents shall have 17 |

| 33 | 33 | | or included in the Florida Safe Drinking Water Act (part VI of 20 |
