Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 11

Section 1. Section 794.053, Florida Statutes, is created 13
to read: 14
794.053 Lewd or lascivious written solicitation of certain 15
minors.—A person 24 years of age or older who solicits a pe rson 16
who is 16 or 17 years of age in writing to commit a lewd or 17
lascivious act commits a felony of the third degree, punishable 18
as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. 19
Section 2. Paragraph (c) of subsection (3) of section 20
921.0022, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 21
