| 58 | 58 | | preapprenticeship program is ineligible for a grant under this 33 |

| 59 | 59 | | section if such program uses any school district or Florida 34 |
|---|
| 60 | 60 | | College System institution resources for the administrati on of 35 |
|---|
| 61 | 61 | | the program. The department shall give priority to 36 |
|---|
| 62 | 62 | | apprenticeship or preapprenticeship programs with demonstrated 37 |
|---|

| 64 | 64 | | (3) The State Board of Education may adopt rules to 39 |
