| 24 | 24 | | Section 1. Subsection (3) of section 4 of chapter 2006 -11 |

| 26 | 26 | | Section 4. Initial governing board; board of supervisors; 13 |

| 29 | 29 | | (3) Members of the board of supervisors shall be known as 16 |

| 30 | 30 | | supervisors and, upon entering into office, shall take and 17 |

| 31 | 31 | | subscribe to the oath of office as prescribed by section 876.05, 18 |

| 32 | 32 | | Florida Statutes. Members of the board shall be subject to 19 |

| 33 | 33 | | ethics and conflict of interest laws of the state that apply to 20 |

| 34 | 34 | | all local public officers. They shall hold office for terms of 2 21 |
