| 25 | 25 | | Section 1. Section 787.062, Florida Statutes, is created 12 |

| 27 | 27 | | 787.062 Trust Fund for Victims of Human Trafficking. — 14 |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | (1) The Trust Fund for Victims of Human Trafficking is 15 |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | created within the Department of Legal Affairs. 16 |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | (2) The trust fund shall consist of funds obtained under 17 |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | s. 787.06 from penalties imposed by the courts and funds 18 |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | received from any other source, including legislative 19 |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | appropriations. 20 |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | (3) The trust fund shall use its funds for the purposes 21 |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | specified in s. 787.063. 22 |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | (4) In accordance with s. 19( f)(2), Art. III of the State 23 |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | Constitution, the Trust Fund for Victims of Human Trafficking 24 |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | shall, unless terminated sooner, be terminated on July 1, 2027. 25 |
