96 | 96 | | Section 3. This act shall take effect on the same date 59 |

97 | 97 | | that HB 909 or similar legislation takes effect , if such 60 |
---|
98 | 98 | | legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an 61 |
---|
99 | 99 | | extension thereof and becomes a law. 62 |
