134134 Section 1. Section 260.014, Florida Statutes, is amended 85

137137 Greenways and Trails System shall be a statewide system of 88
138138 greenways and trails which shall consist of individual greenways 89
139139 and trails and networks of greenways and trails which may be 90

141141 The department may establish a program to recognize local 92
142142 communities located along or in proximity to one or more long -93
143143 distance nonmotorized recreational trails as trail towns. 94
