57 | 57 | | (4)(a) Upon the filing of a police report that a child is 32 |
---|
58 | 58 | | missing by the parent or guardian, the Department of Children 33 |
---|
59 | 59 | | and Families, a community -based care provider, or a sheriff's 34 |
---|
60 | 60 | | office providing investigative services for the department, the 35 |
---|
61 | 61 | | law enforcement agency receiving the report shall immediately 36 |
---|
62 | 62 | | inform all on-duty law enforcement officers of the missing child 37 |
---|
63 | 63 | | report, communicate the report to ever y other law enforcement 38 |
---|
64 | 64 | | agency having jurisdiction in the county, and within 2 hours 39 |
---|
65 | 65 | | after receipt of the report, transmit the report for inclusion 40 |
---|
66 | 66 | | within the Florida Crime Information Center , and the National 41 |

104 | | - | unknown, regardless of th e circumstances, subsequent to 67 |

105 | | - | reporting such child or adult missing to the appropriate law 68 |
---|
106 | | - | enforcement agency within the county in which the child or adult 69 |
---|
107 | | - | became missing, and subsequent to entry by the law enforcement 70 |
---|
108 | | - | agency of the child or person into t he Florida Crime Information 71 |
---|
109 | | - | Center, and the National Crime Information Center , and the 72 |
---|
