Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Subsection (3) of section 381.933, Florida 11
Statutes, is amended to read: 12
381.933 Mammography reports. — 13
(3) REPEAL.—This section is repealed September 10, 2024 14
June 30, 2023. 15
Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. 16
