Fishing, hunting, and the taking of fish and 18 wildlife.—Fishing, hunting, and the taking of fish and wildlife, 19 including by the use of traditional methods, shall be preserved 20 forever as a public right and p referred means of responsibly 21 managing and controlling fish and wildlife. Specifies that the amendment does not limit the 33 authority granted to the Fish and Wildlife Conservation 34 Commission under Section 9 of Article IV of the State 35 Constitution. 36
