---|
214 | 214 | | rides at the event do not exceed a capacity o f 12 persons, and 141 |
---|
215 | 215 | | the kiddie ride passed a department inspection and was issued a 142 |
---|
216 | 216 | | permit within the preceding 6 months. Unless the capacity of the 143 |
---|
217 | 217 | | ride has been determined and specified by the manufacturer, the 144 |
---|
218 | 218 | | department shall determine the capacity of th e kiddie ride by 145 |
---|
219 | 219 | | rule. An owner or a manager of a kiddie ride operating under 146 |
---|
220 | 220 | | this exemption is responsible for ensuring that not more than 147 |
---|
