62 | 62 | | (a) Comply with the antidiscrimination provisions of 42 37 |

64 | 64 | | (b) Notify the department of its intent to participate in 39 |

212 | 212 | | of private school employee and contracted personnel fingerprints 139 |
---|
213 | 213 | | and the dissemination of search results. The fee may be borne by 140 |
---|
214 | 214 | | the private school or the person fingerprinted. 141 |

215 | 215 | | 7. Employees and contracted personnel whose fingerprints 142 |
