directing the Department of Transportation to erect 5

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Dylan Roberts Memorial Crosswalk designated; 10
Department of Transportation to erect suita ble markers.— 11
(1) The pedestrian-activated lighted crosswalk on that 12
portion of E. University Avenue/S.R. 26 between N.E. 26th 13
Terrace and S.E. 26th Terrace in Alachua County is designated as 14
"Dylan Roberts Memorial Crosswalk." 15
(2) The Department of Tr ansportation is directed to erect 16
suitable markers designating Dylan Roberts Memorial Crosswalk as 17
described in subsection (1). 18
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2024. 19
