Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Paragraph (g) of subsection (8) of section 11
1006.15, Florida Statutes, is amend ed to read: 12
1006.15 Student standards for participation in 13
interscholastic and intrascholastic extracurricular student 14
activities; regulation. — 15

(g) Only Students who are enrolled in non -FHSAA member 17
private schools consisting of 200 students or fe wer are eligible 18
to participate in the program in any given academic year . 19
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2024. 20
