2424 Section 1. Subsection (127) is adde d to section 320.08058, 11
2525 Florida Statutes, to read: 12
2626 320.08058 Specialty license plates. — 13
2727 (127) UNITED SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS (USO) LICENSE PLATES. — 14
2828 (a) The department shall develop a United Service 15
2929 Organizations (USO) license plate as provided in this section 16
3030 and s. 320.08053. The plate must bear the colors and design 17
3131 approved by the department. The word "Florida" must appear at 18
3232 the top of the plate, and the acronym "USO" must appear at the 19
3333 bottom of the plate. 20
3434 (b) The annual use fees from the sale of the plate shall 21
3535 be distributed to USO Florida, Inc., a nonprofit corporation 22
3636 under s. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, which may use 23
3737 up to 10 percent of the fees for administrative costs and 24
3838 marketing of the plate. USO Florida, Inc., shall distribu te the 25
