| 58 | 58 | | as determined by the agency. 33 |

| 59 | 59 | | (2) By October 1, 2024, the agency shall seek federal 34 |

| 60 | 60 | | waiver approval or submit any state plan amendments necessary to 35 |
|---|
| 61 | 61 | | implement the Medicaid buy -in program under this section. The 36 |

| 62 | 62 | | agency shall implement the program upon receiving federal 37 |
|---|
