57 | 57 | | cost sharing to a certain percentage of an individual's income, 32 |

58 | 58 | | as determined by the agency. 33 |

59 | 59 | | (2) By October 1, 2024, the agency shall seek federal 34 |
---|
60 | 60 | | waiver approval or submit any state plan amendments necessary to 35 |
---|
61 | 61 | | implement the Medicaid buy -in program under this section. The 36 |

62 | 62 | | agency shall implement the program upon receiving federal 37 |
---|

64 | 64 | | Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. 39 |
