| 31 | 31 | | the department. The word "Florida" must appear at the top of the 18 |

| 32 | 32 | | plate, and the words "Clearwater Marine Aquarium" must appear at 19 |

| 33 | 33 | | the bottom of the plate. 20 |

| 34 | 34 | | (b) The annual use fees from the sale of the plate shall 21 |

| 35 | 35 | | be distributed to Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Inc., a Florida 22 |
