| 33 | 33 | his or her voting rights are restored . Upon completion of the 20 | |
| 34 | 34 | study, OPPAGA shall submit the results of the study to the 21 | |
| 35 | 35 | Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the 22 | |
