2929 (1) There is created a cause of action for an injunction 16

3131 (a) Any person described in paragraph (e), who is either 18
3232 the victim of domestic violence as defined in s. 741.28 or has 19
3333 reasonable cause to believe he or she is in immi nent danger of 20
3434 becoming the victim of any act of domestic violence, has 21
