2929 (a) The use of traffic infraction detectors, also known as 18
3030 "red-light cameras," is prohibited within this state. 19
3131 (b) For purposes of this section, the term "traffic 20
3232 infraction detector" or "red -light camera" means any system 21
3333 designed to work in conjunction with a traffic control signal to 22
3434 record any image or video o f any portion of a motor vehicle at 23
