135 | 135 | | residence while receiving intensive outpatient and high er levels 86 |

136 | 136 | | of outpatient care. Such residences are staffed 24 hours a day 87 |
---|
137 | 137 | | and combine outpatient licensable services with recovery 88 |
---|
138 | 138 | | residential living. Residents are required to follow a treatment 89 |
---|
139 | 139 | | plan and attend group and individual sessions, in addition to 90 |
---|
140 | 140 | | developing a recovery plan within the social model of living in 91 |
---|
141 | 141 | | a sober lifestyle. No clinical services are provided at the 92 |
---|
142 | 142 | | residence and all licensable services are provided off -site. 93 |
---|
143 | 143 | | (9) "Community housing" means a certified recovery 94 |
---|
144 | 144 | | residence offered, referred to, or provided by a licensed 95 |
---|
145 | 145 | | service provider that provides housing to its patients who are 96 |
