25	25		Section 1. Section 800.045, Florida Statutes, is created 12

27	27		800.045 Lewd or lascivious grooming. — 14
28	28		(1) As used in this section, the term: 15
29	29		(a) "Inappropriate communication or conduct" means any 16
30	30		verbal, written, or electronic communication or any conduct in 17
31	31		which a person describes, depicts, or demonstrates sexual 18
32	32		conduct or sexual excitement. 19
33	33		(b) "Sexual activity" has the same meaning as in s. 20
34	34		800.04(1). 21
35	35		(c) "Sexual conduct" and the term "sexual excitement" have 22
