27 | 27 | | (16) PATERNAL RIGHTS AND CHILD SUPPORT. -- 14 |

57 | 57 | | be at least $350 per month to cover prenatal care. The money 32 |

58 | 58 | | shall be deposited in a depository account with the clerk of 33 |

59 | 59 | | court pending the verification of a DNA test of paternal 34 |

60 | 60 | | parentage. This test can be done prenatal or post birth. Once 35 |

61 | 61 | | paternity is confirmed, the court shall enter an order based 36 |

62 | 62 | | upon the child support calculation methods already set in 37 |
---|

64 | 64 | | 2. The order shall include financial support for 3 months 39 |

65 | 65 | | post birth. The court shall require financial support of the 40 |

66 | 66 | | child while the mother recovers on maternity leave. The mother 41 |

67 | 67 | | must submit at least 3 months of pay stubs to the court for an 42 |
---|
68 | 68 | | order to be entered to provide up to 50 percent of her income to 43 |
---|
69 | 69 | | the mother for support during maternity leave. 44 |
---|
70 | 70 | | 3. Time-sharing for the child may begin 1 year after the 45 |
---|
71 | 71 | | date the child is born upon a petition to the court or any time 46 |
---|
72 | 72 | | thereafter upon a petition to the court. 47 |
