2222 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

2424 Section 1. Subsection (16) is added to section 390.0111, 11
2525 Florida Statutes, to read: 12
2626 390.0111 Termination of pregnancies. — 13
2727 (16) PATERNAL RIGHTS AND CHILD SUPPORT. -- 14
2828 (a) If a victim of rape, incest, or human trafficking is 15
2929 unable to receive an abortion under this section: 16
3030 1. The offender's paternal rights shall be automatica lly 17
3131 terminated upon his conviction by a jury or upon a plea of 18
3232 guilty or nolo contendere; however, the financial obligation of 19
3333 child support may not be terminated. 20
3434 2. An automatic order for child support shall be entered. 21
3535 Any support provided by the stat e in support of the child shall 22
3636 be repaid to the state by the offender. 23
3737 (b) If a woman who seeks abortion care is denied such care 24
3838 because she is beyond the allowable timeframe under this 25

5151 section, she must receive documentation that states she is 26
5252 beyond the timeframe to receive abortion care. Once she receives 27
5353 such documentation, she may petition the court for an order of 28
5454 child support. Upon petition to the court, the order shall be 29
5555 entered automatically. 30
5656 1. The order shall be entered and the child supp ort shall 31
5757 be at least $350 per month to cover prenatal care. The money 32
5858 shall be deposited in a depository account with the clerk of 33
5959 court pending the verification of a DNA test of paternal 34
6060 parentage. This test can be done prenatal or post birth. Once 35
6161 paternity is confirmed, the court shall enter an order based 36
6262 upon the child support calculation methods already set in 37
6363 general law. 38
6464 2. The order shall include financial support for 3 months 39
6565 post birth. The court shall require financial support of the 40
6666 child while the mother recovers on maternity leave. The mother 41
6767 must submit at least 3 months of pay stubs to the court for an 42
6868 order to be entered to provide up to 50 percent of her income to 43
6969 the mother for support during maternity leave. 44
7070 3. Time-sharing for the child may begin 1 year after the 45
7171 date the child is born upon a petition to the court or any time 46
7272 thereafter upon a petition to the court. 47
7373 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. 48
